Tradency Review: Support

Because Tradency see themselves more as a technology provider to the brokers, your main point of contact will be the broker you have your account with. Unfortunately we didn’t receive response from Tradency direct on a pre-sales query. The Tradency website also has very limited information about the Mirror Trader platform and you’re likely to find more information (e.g. user guide, etc.) on your broker’s website.

The information in their education section also looks quite outdated. There’s an ‘articles section’, though the last article was written January 6th 2011. There’s also a section with ‘Interviews of Tradency Strategy Providers’, though the last entry was from November 22nd 2010.

There’s also no forum available on the Tradency website which traders might use to post questions or discuss the “strategy providers”. There’s also no telephone contact information or live chat facility on the website, though there’s a contact form and e-mail addresses to contact them.

Hence in summary, from our review we’re not impressed with the end-user support available from Tradency.
