The fact that you get an account manager makes support a bit more convenient because any questions or potential issues are dealt with by the same person. Our account manager normally replies to e-mails within a few hours during business hours. Most questions are resolved on the first pass, though some more technical queries may take a bit longer.
There’re however no local telephone support numbers available and hence contacting support or your account manager by telephone will mean an international call charge if you live outside the US.
